David Victor
Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano
David graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors in Music Education. He has been playing the violin since age 4, beginning with the Suzuki program. In high school, David attended Interlochen Arts Camp in Interlochen Michigan, where he spent four years as a camper and a counselor. David attended Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, and was a member of the Midwest Young Artists Symphony Orchestra in 2003. As a member of that orchestra, he got the pleasure of playing on stage at Symphony Center in Chicago.
David was also a member of the Evanston Symphony Orchestra for two years. He spent a summer in college studying music history abroad in Salzburg, Austria. In his spare time, David enjoys concerts at Ravinia Festival, and trips into the city for Chicago Symphony concerts and operas. He also plays in pit orchestras for community theater in Palatine, Glenview and Arlington Heights.
