Elliot Ross received his Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Performance from DePaul University. Since then he has performed all over the United States and Canada. Elliot has taught private music lessons in Oregon, Chicago and New York City. He currently performs and records with multiple groups on a regular basis. You can catch him on guitar every Tuesday night at Sapori Trattoria in Lincoln Park with Rainwalker Duo, playing keyboards with renowned Chicago Dub/Reggae band The Drastics or with all sorts of other jazz projects comprised from some of Chicago's finest modern jazz musicians.

Elliot has a very unique sense of harmony and composition which makes for a great deal of inspiration and desire to learn from his students. In addition to teaching and performing he has a passion for composing and recording his own electronic music with other influential personalities from the Chicago modern music scene. He has had the pleasure to perform with many bands which have played alongside artists such as Jeff Parker, The Dresden Dolls, Mad Professor, The Slackers, Ted Sirota and many more.
