Teacher Rewards Program

We are pleased to introduce our new Teacher Rewards Program! This new program replaces the 10% discount program previously in place. It’s simple and straightforward and will save you more money on your favorite items! Here’s how it works:

1.Register with us by completing our online preferences survey. You can find the link below. The survey will give us valuable information about the publications you most frequently use. We can then keep those preferred materials in stock. You can update your preferences at any time through our website.
2.You will earn two points for every $10 of retail merchandise purchased. This is double the amount of points awarded to our non-professional customers.
3.Our computer will track your purchases and points. There is nothing to swipe, carry or present. Just make sure you give us your name at each purchase so that your points will be credited to you. If you are a new teacher, you will begin earning double points with your next purchase. If you are an existing teacher in our database, you will be awarded points for purchases retroactive to January 1, 2009, after you complete your online registration.
4.We will have designated time periods, “Exchange Weeks” during which you can redeem your points for up to 50% off on all merchandise. For example, if you have accumulated 50 points, you can purchase $100 worth of merchandise for $50.
5.Exchange Weeks happen four times each year (about every three months). We will send email notifications and will post signs in the store in advance of each Exchange Week.
6.Your points will not expire and you can accumulate them indefinitely until you are ready to redeem during the next upcoming Exchange Week.
7.Points can even be used against the reduced price of any items on sale during Exchange Week.
8.You will need a password to access the form. Please email Carol at ccook@the-music-room.net for the password (or call us at 847/934-5440). When you have the password, you can go directly to the Community Teacher Registration link.
